How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
You cannot directly exchange a purchased product. However, you can initiate a Return and select "Store Credit". Once we have received the returned item, you will be emailed a gift card that can be used to purchase another product on our website.
What is your holiday return policy?
Orders placed between Nov. 1st and Dec. 25th can be returned through the end of January. Contact us with your order number to initiate a holiday return.
How do I get a refund after returning an item?
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. If you have questions about the refund receipt, please contact your financial institution.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. We recommend placing orders well in advance to accommodate your schedule.
How long does standard shipping take?
Orders typically ship out within one business day and generally arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination. However, please be aware that final transit times can vary based on the chosen shipping method and location.
