We will typically ship your order within 24 hours after purchase, with the exception of holidays and weekends.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Delivery times may vary based on where you live.

Since UPS/USPS does not guarantee delivery dates, unfortunately we cannot either.

When will my order ship?

In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. 

However, in the event that a mistake was made while placing your order, you can email us at support@westslopegear.com to submit a cancellation or edit request.

Please note that cancellation and edit requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do its best to process your cancellation as long as your order has not been processed at our warehouse.
